Maintenance & Repair 

It's advised to have your air conditioning unit serviced at least once a year to reduce potential breakdowns & running costs. Air Con Essex can look after the maintenance of your system as a one off visit or as part of a dedicated maintenance contract.

 

Maintenance includes - Cleaning dirty filters & units, ensure grilles area clear, check refrigerant type & weight, inspect wiring & electrical connections, check & clean condensate lines, F-Gas testing where nessesary with certification provided. If your system is faulty/defective a clear update & quote for remedial works will be provided on completion of the visit.
